Images that are reconsidered from the outsThe outs are being viewed at 9 to a screen. Images that are viewed for a 2nd time are blow up and looked at individually. Judges are the ones who stop and ask to see the image a second time.
2nd time - image of a woman pilot, most of the image is sky, caption is read, she carries a charm
